Anyone reading this has likely already read about the benefits of barefoot shoes. I'll focus on my specific results: improved posture, improved gait, better mind-muscle connection from hip to toe for both legs, and noticeablly better gym performance & recovery. All around, I wish I could replace all of my shoes with shoes like these!

First arrived, looks good. Tried it on and was a little uncomfortable. Tried them on and went walking and noticed once your feet get comfortable or used to them which doesn't take long at all. Soles are very comfortable and support is really good. Takes your toes a bit to get used to the feet actually doing what they should do and toes separated and working independently making them stronger. Feet feel better when walking. Shoes are like wearing socks no weight at all and support and comfort is amazing. Try em, don't like em send em back thats the warranty

I now have four pairs of shoes - two of the Strand Sport Mesh, and two for golfing. I have been wearing them for over two years and have seen significant improvements in the dexterity of my feet and strength in my toes, feet, and ankles. They provide a great balance between being able to feel the texture of the ground and protection of the bottoms of the feet. I really like the way my toes have become more engaged in walking and running.

It took me awhile because of price I use my SS check to buy things, let me tell you Worth every penny i am in my mid 60s when i child never wore shoes even ran track barefooted. Today was first time i walked/Jog have walked in them love them, but wow. Would i buy again ya have to save my checks but will be buying them again. Definitely takes a few days to get used to, but use you do they feel amazing.

This is my 3rd purchase and so far my favorite of them. Snug and lightweight. My last pair were a little loose so these are a huge improvement.

It's true they take a bit of an adjustment to wear but it gets easier. Buy big as the run small.

Fit great and it’s like having bare feet

I have neuropathy and these shoes have helped tremendously with my balance. I wear them when I work out and around the house in the afternoons.
