Shipping Policy

Where we ship: we ship from Las Vegas, Nevada, to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, PO boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses) and Canada.

Processing: orders placed before 12 pm PT on a business day typically ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12 pm PT, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. During sales and holidays, processing may take a little longer.

US Standard: 5–7 business days after shipment. Free on orders of $150 or more after discounts.

US Expedited: 2–3 business days after shipment. Price calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping speeds up transit, not processing, and may not be available for PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or US territories.

Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and military addresses: allow extra transit time.

Canada: 7–14 business days after shipment. Price calculated at checkout. Free shipping doesn't apply to Canada. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and aren't collected at checkout.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking email when your order ships.

Changes and cancellations: contact us right away. We can change or cancel an order only before it ships, and many orders ship the same day, so we can't guarantee it.

Address accuracy: please double-check your address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it at your cost or refund it as described below.

Refused or undeliverable packages: if a package is refused (including refusing to pay duties or taxes) or can't be delivered, we'll refund the product price once it's back at our warehouse, minus the original and return shipping costs. Duties and taxes aren't refunded.
