Not the right fit? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your Peluva shoes. Exchanges for a different size are free.

Try Them On
We recommend trying your Peluvas on clean, indoor surfaces (carpet is ideal) so you can assess the fit without any wear marks.

Start Your Return
Email support@peluva.com or visit our returns portal. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

Get Your Refund or Exchange
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges ship within 2-3 business days.
Returns & Exchanges Guidelines
- Shoes must be in new condition in original box. Assess fit and sizing indoors first!
- Please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Email support@peluva.com to get approval outside 30 days.
- We ship exchanges to USA addresses only.
- Socks are not eligible for return.
- Defective products: we'll send a free replacement regardless of timeline. Just email support@peluva.com with photos of the problem.
