    • We recommend ordering a half size larger than your typical sports shoe size, especially if you are new to the snug five-toe feel.
    • Peluvas are great with or without five-toe socks, but if you use socks, definitely go a half size higher.
    • Please use the "What is my Peluva size" foot-scan tool to dial-in your best size. This button is right next to the sizing options on the shoe. We guarantee satisfaction and easy returns, but let's get things right the first time!

  • Shipping

    Orders placed by 2pm PT are fulfilled same-day.

    Once fulfilled, ships in 5-8 business days unless an expedited shipping option available to your address is selected at checkout.

  • Easy Returns

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

    That's why we offer a generous 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for all our shoes with our $3.98 Redo purchase insurance option available at checkout. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (outside any issues due to factory defects, which are on us!), you may return the shoes within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

    Please include all original tags and packaging with your return, wipe all items in your return clean from any debris, and keep damage during your trial of fit and feel to a reasonable minimum.

    Please note that we only accept returns within the United States. International returns will not be accepted.

    At this time, we do not provide complimentary shipping or return labels for international orders. If you opt to return an order at your expense, we will process an exchange or refund once your order is received at our warehouse. All shipping costs and brokerage fees for customs are set by the courier.

    Best slipper/shoe ever

    My sister bought from Peluva before- advised me to go bigger, so I did. Normally I'm a 7/7.5 and purchased an 8 and it fits perfect!

    The souls are thick enough to wear them indoor and outdoor - but also thin enough that they are perfect indoor slipper.

    They're durable & good quality. I've ran into situations where the weather wasn't the best and my feet didn't get wet.

    My new favorite shoe - I literally wear them everywhere!

    So Comfortable

    This is my first pair of toe shoes. My son wore this type of shoe years ago. He was a runner. I am wanting to have and keep my feet healthy. I found your website and liked the look of these shoes. This is my first week with them and I am extremely happy. I used your shoe size finder and it showed I would wear a size 8.5 in these shoes. I was a bit skeptical as I usually buy a size 9 shoe. These fit like they were made for me. It is a bit of a learning curve to get toes aligned and I use a shoe horn to slide my heel in. I’ve worn these without toe socks and with. I like them best with socks. I like the socks you sent me. They are perfect; so soft and the elastic is non binding. I’m also finding that my pronation on my right foot/ankle is straightened out with these. I love the suede and the sheepskin. These are just cute. Please consider making these in another color such as burgundy.

    Been one week

    So far I really love these. I had little problem getting my toes in correctly though it does take a few seconds to get lined up correctly each time. Otherwise these are surprisingly comfortable. I truly forget I have them on. Even though the fuzz is only around the top, my feet are warm without being hot. The inside lining is smooth and comfortable. It really does feel like being barefoot but without freezing. will keep going.

    I will say, I haven't seen any improvement in my tendonitis though it certainly hasn't gotten worse.

    Great shoe

    I really love the shoes, unfortunatley for me the size that was recommended did not fit. I do feel they run 1 size smaller than a traditional shoe. I did return my original purchase and was recommended to get a half size bigger. The exchange process was easy and fast. Customer service was great. The new size still is a half size too small. I have been wearing them hoping they would stretch some but unfortunately my toes are losing sensation. I do really love the shoe and wish they fit perfectly but I can't afford another pair at this time. Hopefully in the near future I will be able to purchase the right size. I am looking forward to wearing the shoes in the future.

    Dual Purpose

    Not only do I use these as slippers, they are so stylish I feel comfortable wearing them walking the dog in the mornings and even running errands. The lightness and fit provide much better support than my UGG slippers that use different muscles when walking.
