Men's Miami

The shoes themselves were amazing, but unfortunately they weren’t a good fit for me, since they were too big both by length and width. The Miami style requires a higher volume foot than mine.

The support I got from Peluva was incredible! There was an issue with having prepaid duties & taxes up front for shipping into Canada (they have since fixed the issue on the website). I had to pay it again on delivery, but Kyle was quick to refund me and correct the issue.

I asked a million questions and gave some feedback on how to better handle sizing information/details on the website so that it would be easier for customers to find their correct size. This was all very well received, and I believe there are working on gathering sizing details to update their site.

Since processing a return online wasn’t working for Canada yet, I was told to just keep the shoes and gift them to a friend! They then sent me a new pair in a different style and size (shipped at their expense), and even reimbursed me for the new customs and duties charges that I would have to incur with the new shipment! This was all above and beyond, so unexpected and extremely appreciated! The new pair arrived swiftly and fit me perfectly!

For reference, without socks, my feet measure 25.5cm in length and 23cm around the arch mid-foot. I ended up getting the black Strand in a Women’s size 11, which is adjustable with lacing & was a perfect fit. With socks, my toes are right at the end.. not much extra room, it’s…
