Returns & Exchanges: Let's Solve This Issue!

Please read this before you return or exchange your Peluvas

We are committed to your total satisfaction, and that includes hassle-free exchanges and returns. But first, let's make sure we handle your concern correctly. Most return requests are due to:

Difficulty fitting toes into their slots, OR
Thinking shoes are too small/too tight when in fact the fit is correct.

TRY-ON: It's normal to struggle getting your toes into their individual slots at first, but don’t worry - it quickly gets easier as your toes naturally relax and realign. Watch the video below from Peluva Ambassador David "Stay Flexy" Theurin for tips on how to put on your Peluvas.

SIZING: Understand that Peluvas are designed to fit like a glove, with each toe filling their slots (leaving a lil gap is okay if you prefer.) You don't need that extra space as with running shoes.

  • One toe may fit tighter than others, so determine your sizing by your longest toe.
  • If your toes feel slightly tight at first, don’t worry - your Peluvas will stretch and shape to your foot over time (especially if you wear them sockless)
  • If your toes are uncomfortable or won't fully extend, let's exchange for a larger size.

  • Shoes must be in new condition for a return or exchange. Try them around the house to be sure you have the correct size before putting them to use!
  • We ship exchanges to USA addresses only.
  • Socks are not eligible for return.
  • We'll replace factory defects and cover the shipping

    We will do whatever it takes to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, including hassle-free returns and exchanges, and 1:1 expert support to help you with fit or functionalitiy questions. If you are unsure about sizing, please confirm the Redo purchase insurance option (default choice in your shopping cart) for unlimited back&forth USA shipping. 


    Please return your shoes in the original packaging in new condition, with no signs of wear. Try them around the house to be sure you have the correct size before putting them to use! 


    Please note that most return requests are due to: difficulty fitting toes into their slots, OR thinking the shoes are too small/too tight, when in fact they’re correct.
